Audience Comments

“Really enjoyed the show… thanks – a  great reminder that we become the stories we make up in our mind and the meanings we then attach to those stories.”

“This was fabulous in every way - the inventiveness of using minimal props, the performances that were both touching and comic, the story itself, with its surprising twists of plot and theme - just a really rewarding experience all round.”

“Just the thing for this troubled time…”

“What a lovely evening! Thank you for keeping us all going - gathering us together around a story - told with such heart and artistry.”

“The show was amazing! I hadn’t read that story before and Chekhov blew me away once again. The extra touches like the pipes being hit and the piano and the whispering really helped (along with top notch performances) bring it to life!  As always, I am looking forward to next year! Thanks!”

“You do such a great job with the readings and always with a wryness which I love. The writing is so visual that it is fun not to have stage set and just let it self-create in your mind.”

“Just thought I should tell you that the reading was, as always, very rich, juicy, so, that it can be experienced as some reality that happens in the mind of a person in the audience.  This is what I love so much about these productions, and this is why I always attend them.”

“I want to thank you and the entire amazing troupe of artists from the bottom of my heart for what I saw today. For the fact that I not only saw with my outer eyes, but also saw with my inner eyes, was imbued with it, was involved as a spectator, as a human being, and as a soul.”
